Excuse me for Interrupting

We get interrupted all day every day.  By staff / phones / emails / texts / notifications and alerts.

In a study from the University of California Irvine, it was found that after only 20 minutes of interrupted performance people reported significantly higher stress, frustration, workload, effort, and pressure.
That costs you time and money in your business.  Wasted time and wasted wages.
Finding some quiet time with no interruptions is a good idea. Not to relax… to get things DONE!  If you allocate an Hour of Power every day, and tell everyone in your vicinity to not interrupt you, and if you turn off your phone and don’t look at your emails during that time and simply work on your future projects for your business, you will most likely get twice as much work done.  Then you have time later for relaxing.
Excuse me for interrupting your day with this email, but if you implement the above, you’ll find I’ve just saved you a lot of time and money.
